Trina Dingle – Founder/Executive Director:
Trina started working in the Theatre and development 29 years ago and that’s where her passion began to increase the exposure of Black represented in theatrical productions for the underrepresented population. As Founder of the Indiana Performing Arts Theatre (IPAC) over the years my primarily responsible has shifted budget forecasting, planning arts programming, and securing funding for the organization. Trina has been instrumental in leading female entrepreneurs within their artistic focus by providing doors of opportunity within their artistic lanes, especially in leadership roles as the CEO, executive director, arts administrator, artistic directors, and playwrights. As Founder of Indiana Performing Arts Theatre (IPAC) primary mission and goals are to increase the exposure of Black in theatrical productions.

Dee “Dutchez” DuVall: Artistic Director:
Ms. DuVall brings her extensive 25 years of experience in Theater and Cinema to the team. Starting at the age of nine (9) her love for the Arts began… Dee has studied theater, music and classical voice with Indiana's finest. Earning her degree in Performing Arts, a significant portion of her career has been geared toward Broadway, Gospel Theater, Madrigal Performances, filming & commercial opportunities. Dee has performed and toured in over 300 productions abroad with various headliners in the industry. She begin Directing and teaching artistic styles in 2010 in conjunction as an actress. Dee, also known as “Dutchez DuVall” utilizes her artistic creativity to implement, organize, lead, and develop, ideas into any script. Her ability in molding characters to the role the production demands with Grace, Class, Elegance, Sophistication, & Style is the "Attitude" of a Director.

Kila Adams – Talent Development Director:
Kila, has been involved in theater for over 25 years. Earning her degree in Theater.
Kila's Performing Arts technique continues to excel as an excellent Playwriter. She began writing and acting in her own productions, & later touring and performing with National Artist around the U. S. Performing in over 200 productions, her experience in theater adds great value to the team. Ms. Adams brings knowledge to the team in all subjects for our theatrical productions. Kila is exceptionally talented and extremely creative in Media and Technical Design. As a theater major, Kila has a vast variety of experience in, Classical, Broadway Musicals, Period Pieces, and Gospel productions. She has the artistic vision to visualize and estimate how the productions are going to take shape.
